Victoria records just 14 new cases and five deaths

Victoria has recorded just 14 new cases of COVID-19, exactly one week out from the planned date for further easing of restrictions.
Sadly, five more deaths were recorded over the past 24 hours.
Premier Daniel Andrews praised Victorians for their commitment and resolve as the 14-day rolling average in Melbourne fell to 36.2 cases.
