It has previously been reported that they will seek evidence proving that there was a deal with Sir Keir Starmer’s office to readmit him to the party. Mr Corbyn was suspended by officials in October for claiming that the scale of anti-semitism in the party was “dramatically overstated for political reasons.” Despite an NEC panel’s decision to readmit him, Sir Keir removed the whip despite the Equality & Human Rights Commission’s warning against political interference in such cases.
